Objectives

This training identifies the sources of conflict and gives tools to avoid and prevent this situation developing. Therefore enabling us to reduce and understand the emotions, which cause conflict and the consequences. Learning how to react to a situation, to reduce and handle the negative effects that conflict has on our deep motivations.

  • Identify the criteria of non-communication and disagreement
  • Know simple techniques to prevent or finish conflicts.
